- 2 Government-issued ID Cards with picture and signature of PRINCIPAL BUYER (Acceptable IDs: Driver’s License, Passport, PRC Licenses, UMID ID, Postal ID, Voter’s ID, SSS ID, and Other Valid Professional Licenses) (And Spouse if Married)
- 3 specimen signatures below photocopy of IDs
- Signed Reservation Agreement. Download Here
- Signed Contract to Sell
- Signed Quotation Sheet or Investment Proposal
- Completely Filled-out Customer Information Sheet. Download Here
- Reservation Fee (Cash or check)
- Authorization letter of representative (If client is not present). Download Here
- 1 Valid ID of authorized person
- Proof of Tax Identification Number (Photocopy of any of the following: TIN ID, ITR, Form 2316, Form 1904, or other BIR forms indicating correct TIN Number)
To Be Submitted Within 30 Days from Reservation Date
For Individuals
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate (If Single)
- Photocopy of Marriage Certificate (If Married)
- Post Dated Checks (Except for Spot Cash)
To be Submitted during Loan Processing
- Proof of Income (Photocopy of any of the following: ITR, 3 months latest pay slip, F2316, Certificate of Employment indicating compensation or job contract indicating compensation)
For Corporations
- Certified True Copy of Certificate of Registration From SEC/DTI
- Certified True Copy of Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws
- 1701 Annual Income Tax Return
- Latest General Information Sheet
- Certificate of Registration of BIR
- Secretary’s Certificate Authorizing the Purchase and The Designated Officers to Sign the Documents Related to The Purchase
- Valid ID/s of The Authorized Representative/s
- Post Dated Check (Except For Spot Cash Payments)
Additional Requirements That May Be Necessary
- Special Power of Attorney
- Court Order of Finality (If separated / annulled)
- Affidavit of Former Filipino Citizen
