Customer Service Associate
Customer Service / Cebu City
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Loans Specialist who has the drive and passion to help us build our clients’ aspirations to life.
What you need to do:
- Coordinate and administer loan applications
- Liaising with clients, brokers / agents, and financial institutions on a daily basis
- Ensure that loans are approved efficiently and quickly
- Help manage client expectations
- Accurately input information received from financial institutions into Process Street
- Ensure the correct rate and product is implemented once a client chooses a loan option
- Call financial institutions to check on current loan details for clients
What you need to have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Accountancy (or any business-related course)
- At least 2 years experience in Accounts Management
- Knowledge in HDMF and bank loan processing is a must
- Experience in working with digital financial systems
- Must be keen to details, proactive and can work with less supervision
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good computer skills
- Great organizational skills
