Priland introduces new Operations Manual System

As the company recognizes the evolving industry, Priland culminates the completion of their new operations manual to its employees. “In order for a company to keep up with today’s innovation, we should be open for changes through research and consultation”, said Ramon Carlo Yap, president of Priland Development Corporation.

Though the company has been operating since 2013, it constantly strives to create better ways to improve service to its clientele. “We also learn through experience. We listen to our clients and respond accordingly”, Ramon Carlo Yap added.

The Priland Operations Manual System will be utilized as guiding document to its employees as it aims to provide the best way to build aspirations to life. It will be revisited every quarter to measure its effectiveness.
