Dynamic Sales Force: Priland’s Official Sales Training Group

Homegrown developer Priland Development Corporation is delighted to present their first-ever Sales Training Group. Recognized as Priland Dynamic Sales Force, this sales training program is the brainchild of Priland’s Vice President for Sales and Marketing, Mr. Dudes Tuanquin. The Priland Dynamic Sales Force is composed of 20 sales agents coming from about 15 different realty firms in Cebu.
The sales training program ran for five months and combined both classroom and outdoor training sessions. Classroom training sessions were held at the Priland Hive and in Priland’s Mactan Showroom. These sessions covered online marketing, communication with prospects and clients, updates on the trainees’ sales and leads, and micro sessions on current trends they want to learn about. Outdoor sessions on the other hand include site tours and mall exhibits, among others. Project exhibits on designated locations were manned by these trainees for them to get exposed to clients with the end goal of making a sale.
Being a part of Priland Dynamic Sales Force allows sellers to reach their potential in the real estate industry as this training program aims to enhance their skills in selling, customer service, and being a good team player. Although the Dynamic Sales Force combines sellers working from different realty firms, they are remarkably working as a team, establishing camaraderie. On top of those, trainees get to enjoy several perks from Priland such as allowances and incentives.
This sales training program can become competitive as well. Since this is a performance-based program, underperforming sellers may possibly be eliminated as this aims to have quality sellers who are truly well-equipped.
Last June 26, 2021, 16 out of 20 Dynamic Sellers successfully finished the program. Graduation rites was held at Sacred Heart Center, Cebu where the Graduates were given certificates and membership cards.
Commenced last February 2021, the implementation of Priland Dynamic Seller Force was headed by Priland’s distinguished Sales Officer, Mr. Ryan Anthony Tubal. Following the success of the first batch of Dynamic Sales Force, Priland Development Corporation now welcomes applicants for the second batch of sellers who will join this sales training program.
