Jumanji Sales Kick-Off

Another year has just begun and along with that, a new sales target for the year had to be set. Held last February 5, 2020, at the City Sports Club Cebu, Priland Sales Kick Off 2020 took a trip to the jungle, inspired by the movie Jumanji. 

As usual, the gathering commenced with a buffet dinner. After stomachs have been filled, sales partners were encouraged to post their best jungle attires on Facebook with the hashtag #PrilandSalesKickoff2020 for a surprise at the end of the event. 

To formally open the event, a heartwarming welcome message was delivered by Priland’s COO Marcelino Relampagos. A recap of last December’s 1^st Priland Gem Sales Awards Night was then shown on the screen where agents and realties were awarded based on their achieved sales as per the categories they chose during the first-ever Sales Kickoff last 2018. 

To set the mood for the night’s main event, an AVP was flashed on the screen, revealing the sales target for the year in the end. Retaining the excitement in the room, Priland Business Development Manager presented the incentives for the year. Furthermore, projects for 2020 were introduced for the first time as well. 

Introduced last July 2019 during the launching of Vertex Coast, Marketing Manager Rovie Joy Erecre announced the official members of Priland Exclusive Group. These are the Sales partners who had an outstanding sales performance – which means they get to have exclusive perks! 

The most exciting part of the event finally took place – the Launch of Priland 2020 Incentives: The Smashing Rewards 2.0! This was presented by Sales Manager Irvin Paul Pastoriza. The Sales Commitment Rally was done thereafter, headed by the Sales Manager himself and followed by his Broker Coordinators with a chant towards the stage. 

To break the ice while partner realty firms were setting their sales commitment, a Tala Dance Challenge (with a twist!) was enjoyed by valued agents. Not only do they need to perform the Tala Dance perfectly, but they also have to empty their belts filled with ping pong balls. 

After the realty firms have officially declared their commitment for the coming fiscal year, Priland ended the Sales Kick-Off by awarding two best-dressed male and female participants showcasing their best jungle attire. Winners get to have a free trip to Cebu Safari and Adventure Park! Awards were given by Accounting Manager Ms. Hanzel Raymundo, and Priland Planning and Design Manager Arch. Mark Inario.
