Priland breaks ground for socialized housing Verona in Balamban

January 23, 2018

True to its promise, Cebu real estate developer Priland broke ground for its Verona development in Cambuhawe, Balamban last January 23, just three months after its launch last October.

Verona is a 5.2-hectare socialized housing project that offers row houses. The property is ideal for small families or newly-weds who are just starting their family. It also offers a full-size basketball court and playground for members of the community to use and enjoy.

Priland Development Corporation General Manager Marcelino Relampagos said the groundbreaking for Verona is the realization of the real estate developer’s promise that it will do its best to follow their targets when it comes to project delivery.

“Our on time delivery of projects is proof of our commitment to our investors and future clients. This shows everyone that we are indeed a reliable property developer,” he said.

Verona is strategically located to attract property investors in the mid-western part of Cebu province.

According to Relampagos, Balamban is a growing municipality and its first class status and thriving industries make it a nice place to settle down.

The municipality, considered the Shipbuilding Capital of Philippines, is the home of Tsuneishi Heavy Industries, one of the leading global medium-sized shipbuilders, as well as the Austal and Philippines Shipyard Operations. Balamban is also the only source of abaca fiber in Cebu province with its 300 hectares of abaca plantation in Barangay Magsaysay.

“Verona is the perfect choice for those who are looking for house and lot properties that are affordable and those who are looking to invest on properties in general in mid-west Cebu,” he said, adding that aside from giving an affordable option for those who want to invest on a house and lot property, the development is also aimed at attracting those who want to buy lots only.

Established in 2013, Priland has, through the years, continued to fill the growing need for quality properties in Metro Cebu. It is owned by the Cebuano family behind manufacturing, distribution and retail brands Prifood Corporation, Conceptology Worx, Da Vinci’s Pizza, Pricon and formerly Three Sixty Pharmacy.

Among its other property developments are the upscale, 1.2 hectare subdivision, Northwoods Residences in Canduman, Mandaue City, Breeza Palms which was launched in August 2017 and Belize North which was launched in October 2017 and its vertical development Northwoods Place which was launched last December.
