Priland breaks ground on Northwoods Place

Northwoods Place is soon to take shape following its groundbreaking ceremony on Feb. 22. Launched in late 2017, the condominium development met the growing demand for vertical residences close to important establishments.

Northwoods Place is located close to Sacred Heart School Ateneo de Cebu on H. Abellana St., Mandaue City and is right next to Priland’s first subdivision, Northwoods Residences.

It has 312 units, for both residential and home office spaces. The addition of home office units is meant for small businesses and a workforce that is increasingly finding it more convenient to work from home. For residential units, these will come in studio and one-bedroom types which can be combined and customized.

Priland, a real estate developer in Cebu, has formed three brands to organize its growing portfolio of developments. Premium subdivisions fall under Priland Prime. Starter and mid-range developments are under Priland Homes. Northwoods Place falls under the third brand, Priland Residences which is for condominium developments.
