Priland Excites Market with its Newest Project: Breeza Palms

Guests, partners and clients gathered together at the Grand Convention Center for the grand launch of Breeza Palms, Priland Development Cororation’s first mid-low project offering. This is the company’s response to the growing demand of horizontal developments in Cebu.

As a welcome treat, Priland gave out umbrellas with interesting surprises inside.

The King of OPM Theme Songs, Mr. Erik Santos serenaded the crowd with an original song, “This is the Moment”, and brought nostalgia when he belt out, “I’ll Never Go”.

The President of Priland Development Corporation, Mr. Ramon Carlo Yap shared his vision for the company’s future to build aspirations to life. As of today, there are 10 projects in the pipeline, to be developed within the next 2 years.

To cater to the market’s needs better; the company has created three brands to classify its projects: (1) Priland Prime: the brand for its high-end developments, (2) Priland Homes: for its low to mid-range horizontal developments, and (3) Priland Residences: for its vertical developments.

Breeza Palms is under the umbrella of Priland Homes. It is a 2-hectare residential development in Masulog Road, Subabasbas, Lapu-lapu City.

It is the goal of the company to change the game of low to mid-range subdivision developments where houses are cramped in blocks, design is dull, roads are tight and cars are parked by the streets.
