Priland finds a new home

Fast-growing Cebu real estate developer Priland Development Corporation marked a milestone in early 2019 by transferring to the new BPI Cebu Corporate Center at the Cebu Business Park. Named Priland Hive, the new 500-square meter corporate office was envisioned to be an inviting space for clients and an inspiring place of work for its 50-strong team of employees.

Priland Hive features playful pops of color splashed onto surfaces that have an industrial feel. The client service area is contemporary and comfortable, with several meeting rooms and a coffee bar. Practicing sustainability, the developer even tapped sister company Conceptology Worx to repurpose furniture from another sister company, Da Vinci’s Pizza, to use as a functional design element in the space.

The company’s biggest investment, which reflects Priland’s ever-forward outlook, are the state-of-the-art interactive screens installed in each of the meeting rooms as well as the main conference room, which houses the largest screen. These come loaded with constantly updated information about each of Priland’s developments—from basic facts and figures down to which units have already been sold.
