Priland Holds 1st Priland Gem: Sales Awards Night

As 2019 comes to an end, Cebu real estate developer Priland, culminates their Sales year with their first ever Priland Gem: Sales Awards Night on December 5, 2019.

Priland Gem is an annual event held every December to award sellers with outstanding performance based on the current year’s target. This also paves way for management to recognize the partners who enable the company to achieve its goals and objectives.

The term “Gem” was taken from the geometrical shapes found in the Priland official logo. A gem is a stone that is used in jewelry to make it more valuable in the market. Likewise, in Priland, our beloved sellers add more value to the company as they passionately strive to bring our developments to a close.

This year’s Priland Gem: Sales Awards Night recognizes and honors the sellers and realty firms who excelled according to their sales commitments done during the Sales Kickoff last June 2018 with a sales target of P2B. Mr. Irvin Paul Pastoriza, Priland Sales Manager, revealed that total sales reached to P2.88B.

There were 3 categories: silver, gold, and diamond with corresponding awards: sapphire, ruby and diamond, respectively. Philippine Regalia Homes & Properties Realty Corp. and YDH Realty Services Inc. achieved the Sapphire Award, while CebuFirst Realty Ventures bagged the Ruby Award. The awardees received the Priland Gem trophy and check rewards. Three realty firms were given the Diamond Award. BDRS Realty Management Services, Premier Homes Cebu Corporation and Leuterio Realty took the highest awards with a corresponding check reward, vehicle and the Priland Gem trophy.

The top 3 sellers of each development were also recognized and awarded with certificates and plaques. For Breeza Palms, we have Agnes Amazona, Almira Andales and Richard Marx Potot as the top sellers.

For Breeza Scapes and Breeza Coves, we have Marissa Zambas and Ruena Bagus, respectively as the top sellers.

For Belize North, Anthony Zosa, Meriam Cabriana and Arnel Herda were the top 3 sellers.

Clarita Copas, Riza Marinduque and Olive Camacho were the top 3 sellers of Verona Subdivision.

Olive Gurrea, Abegail Revilla and Epigenia Caparida garnered the award for being the top 3 sellers of Northwoods Place.

For Paseo Grove, we have George Ryan Sarmago, Andrea Tan and Leslie Arco as the top 3 sellers.

Novelyn Quiambao, Andrea Tan and Hywin Tiu were the top 3 sellers for Vertex Central.

Finally, we have Bernelle Lim, Rhezzel Guadalquiver and Andrea Tan as top 3 sellers for Vertex Coast.
